About
The man behind the iron
Winston Green is a former Mr. Canada and has spent his life helping people get healthy. This is his story.

Meet Winston
A champion who stayed to coach
Winston fell in love with training young. Lifting wasn't just a sport for him. It showed him what discipline, good food and hard work can do for a person's body and life.
He went on to compete across Canada and became a Canadian champion bodybuilder. Instead of chasing the spotlight, though, he came home to Grande Prairie in 1985 and started coaching. In 1989 he opened Winston's Health & Fitness Centre so everyone in town would have a place to train properly.
More than 30 years later, he still believes the same thing he did on day one: everyone deserves to be healthy, whatever their age, background or starting point.

Winston's philosophy
Healthy is the whole picture
"It's not about looking like a bodybuilder. It's about feeling good, moving well and living longer for the people you love."
Train
Consistent, smart training with real equipment. Lift for life, not for a trend.
Eat
Starving yourself doesn't work. Real food, planned around your goals and your life.
Recover
Sleep, rest days and mobility are where progress actually happens.
Mindset
Realistic goals and someone keeping you accountable make all the difference.
